i get some parts, a QD hub, a xs650 fork and a drum break, a triumph yoke.

tha old nsu gastank had a damage under the varnish, i cut them down, and repair the damage so fine i can.

than i get the pars for my wheelset.

front wheel is an xl500 enduro rim 21" with 36 v2a spokes fpr my xs drumbreak, the holes are drilld a bit wider and an other angle, fits well now!

rear wheel is an british dunlop 18" with a QD-hub with an 4.00 avon speedmaster.

i sandle this rims, and get them a new tarnished alu finish, becous the xl rim are aluminium and the dunlop are steel chrom, so i have two nice wheels

next thing i do is an gearshifter, v2a made, and a cover for the engineplate at the ront, and the gearmount plates are in v2a to.

the gearknob i do by myself, laser some plates of plexiglas in my company, half with a hole in the middle, other without

the plates i gum with a special plexigum and make the rough foarm with my drillingmaschine, and the rest i do by my mate on his lathe.

at next stepp i weld on the fender mount.

i brake my mind, how i can mount the fresh varnish'd fender without craks on the flansch position, well, i get my answer. we made some parts of v2a, one part are weldet on the fender, the other on the mounttube. if i do the varnish, the small peace are get no color, and between i put some rubber to have a little suspennsion, the rest are colored

the front fender i gat from another mate, comming from a harley, only cut down the holders, it fits well on the 21" wheel

yeSS,
but i'm from austria, living the last 15 years in germany, "i am from austria" this little different must be tomorrow i do the rear fender struts, than it give up a new cuple of pictures.

i want to do the color in metalflake silver basic and than some layers in different candy blue tones.

a great inspiration for the paint are the great works from chicago chris and the paintjobs at the Backstreet Buckets blog, love them.

Now that is the way to build a bike... What year T110 engine you got? Mine is a 1960, planning an engine rebuild this winter... I like what you have done.
