    foot clutch on an XS

Like the title says, I'm looking for any info/pictures I can get from you guys on foot-clutching an XS650.. I've been tossing the idea around since I started chopping it and now I'm seriously debating it, but I'd like to see how others have done it, so bring it!

I actually saved that pic to study, but I still can't figure out how the clutch is actually being actuated... pardon my stupidity, but I just can't see it..

Like how a rear brake works. The pedal turns the pivot shaft, which is connected to the arm on the back, which is connected to a rod that goes to the worm gear arm, which turns and actuates the clutch. just look at the factory drum brake linkage in action and that is how it works, only it goes to the clutch, not the brake.

So then there's a rod behind your footpeg that I can't see. That's what was throwing me off. I'll have to look into this when I pull that cover off this weekend to install my new chain. Thanks James!
