Have you cleaned the carbs out completely?
hey man thats so encouraging to hear. i was pretty sure i was going to end up cutting the thing up to use as door stops around the shop. ive cleaned the carbs thoroughly, with carb cleaner, compressed air, all passages work dandy, but its still lean as hell. doesnt run at all without the choke. so i just ordered some keihin main jets, one set of 100's and one set of 105's .

Im running straight pipes, and pod filters, already bench synced the carbs and i have a manometer to sync them once the damn thing runs. what mains did you use?

    Thanks

120 mains. Runs rich but rich is always better than lean in my book. Thinking of cutting the mufflers off tho so maybe that will get me where I need to be.
