1Shit that happened to me:


got attacked by Piranha perch
ran out of gas held on to a buddies bike to gas station
slept on a table
slept on a trailer
surfed a shuffle board
surfed my bike
had a coaster (and pizza box) BAR fight/War!
got in trouble for going to fast
got in trouble for going to slow
got electrocuted by a cattle fence
got a black eye from a buddy
blacked out started a bunch of shit I don't remember
rode 80 miles with the worst hangover ever
met some cool mofo's (the lucky 7 crew)
Rode my sporty for about 1000 miles in 100+ degrees

Drank and hung out with good friends...What a great trip!

2my list:

ran out of gas within 4 miles of making fun of a buddy who ran out of gas
found out no matter what kind of drought your in you will get rained on during Pancho
cruising speed on my shovel is not 65 it's 85(and easily 95)
found out that when cruising at 85+ loctite, lock washer and nyloc nut still aren't enough to keep shit from rattling loose
broke bracket for oil bag and got it welded by a guy on the side of the road welding a fence
used duct tape to fix my headlight
used electrical tape to fix my oil leak
bought screws to fix my shifter that fell of (thankfully someone saw it and stopped to pick it up)
bought craftsman socket set to replace cheap set I though would "work"...but didn't
fixed tranny by a bar with half a dozen guys all telling me "what I should do"
fixed clutch by a pool
based on all the girls at the hotel for EDC I wanna go to a rave
gave a buddy a black eye
got some kick ass Lone Star Beer saddle bags for FREE
Pancho 2008 I had the newest bike on the run, Pancho 2011 I had the oldest

I ended up right about 1200 miles for the total trip


At the after party I was interviewed by a lady from the Dallas Observer. I was asked how I could describe Pancho to her or anyone that didn't go on the ride. I was pretty trashed by then but my answer when something like this....It's leprechauns and unicorns, it's everything you can imagine and dream. You make it what you want. You get out of it what you want out of it. Its things of myth and legends and you'll never know what is real until you experience it for yourself first hand.
