I am back to working on this bike. The cafe racer is mostly done now.
I built a work table and dragged the bike over to the garage today.

new front end loosly mocked up. I don't have the correct steering stems/bearings in right now.




I am on the lookout for a harley front spoke wheel that is set up for dual disc. If anyone has one kicking around I would love to take it off your hands..

got the stems/ trees ready for the fork swap

started cleaning up the wiring harness

Yo Zero! What kinda shocks are you using that gave you the drop? I'm at the suspension part of my build and I'm kinda thinkin 2 1/2" is perfect, but 3 is close enough.
