Which speedo drive gear for 21in front wheel?

Hey guys...

does anybody know which speedo drive gear will work with a 21in front wheel on my XS650? The wheel came from a 2000 Harley Dyna Wide Glide (FXDWG). After some searching around, I found out the 2000 Dyna speedo was run off the tranny, so it seems I need to retrofit something onto the 3/4in front axle. I have searched around, and it seems there are some Sportsters and Dynas pre 1995 (the last year that had a front wheel mounted speedo drive) that ran a 3/4in front axle. Can I use one of those? Any suggestions for any particular model I should focus on?

I would prefer one with 2:1 ratio, since I bought a speedo from MikesXS before going Harley wheels and DNA springer front.

Thanks for any info...

I couldn't begin to tell you what Harley's ran a 21" wheel that used a 3/4" axle and had a speedo drive, but if you can't find one that did you can always just use a tiny bicycle speedo that can be calibrated for any wheel circumference. Sell your new Mike's speedo and you'll have enough $ to buy 2.
