Looking for a set of the crazy orange style pipes, I can't seem to send you a message though.

i recently ordered a pair of zombie performance squid bars on march 27th and i still haven't gotten them if you guys can make something similar that is 12inches to match my burly 12inch extension kit, then im down to buy it. Im active duty army located in germany so it would have to be shipped to an APO. I had someone at harleydavidson forums.com tell me to come to you guys to get this order fulfilled.

Please PM me if you can do it. I really need these bars within the next 14 days after i officially order them.

They need to be 1inch wide and 12inches high and have dimples.

Your bars are built and shipped as agreed and I have kept in contact with you the entire time about the status of your order. I have provided proof of your shipment and tryed to work with you the entire time. Overseas shipments take longer than domestic shipments by nature and the timeline is still well within normal means. Im sorry you feel like my actions have been insufficient and the timeline of events are not to your liking. I build one off, hand made products. I do not have them mass produced and sitting on my shelf ready to ship. I have advertised this and have said it repeatedly the entire time of your order process. Obviously, we can not come to a compromise with this matter even though you seem to be understanding in our emails. I am officially refunding the total sum of you order and you can keep the handlebars when they arrive. rest assured they have been sent and will show up. Please do not do business with me again.

I know the situation bro, but the time crunch im in now is to get my bars here and installed before i go back to Afgahn to shoot at more hajies. I would like to hope to enjoy my bike before leaving and hopefully i survive to make it back and enjoy it. I would never say anything bad about your company but im feel at this time im in an urgent time frame. No disrespect, when your bars show up hopefully im still here, if not then i guess they will have to wait another 15 months until im able to get them installed, because thats how long ill be deployed.

I appreciate your service and can only hope you stay safe while you are deployed but as far as this matter is conserned i have done everything i could. Im sorry you have a deadline but i have no control over how long usps take to deliver a package. enjoy your free handlebars.

ya i know the time thing happenend to be on usps, not you for sure. But my boy over on the harley forums has another set of awesome bars and he told me that Mercury makes some awesome pieces too. If they can make a similar set, than i wouldn't mind having two. My wife is about to get her own sportster as well and she happens to love the bars that i ordered from you as well. But i don't want to be riding next to her with the exact same bars hahaha. So if she can get something similar but different than ill be happy. I have alot of things moving in a short amount of time, but its been 3 years for me since i decided to touch my stock bike, so like i said at this moment in time, im getting close to the wire.

No drama, but if i can get another set of similar bars for the wife, then the house hold will be happy.
My bars ordered from zombie will be on my bike for sure, these bars are going to definitely be for my wife. I would like to see both of ours on the bikes before i leave. I have had the utmost faith in zombie he got the bars in the mail when they were supposed to so now im trying to see if i can get another set of bars similar before i leave. If its not possible then its all good, we will deal with it.

Both guys are stand up and do what they say they are gonna do. And the quality of craftsmanship is unparrelled.

I'm very thankful for your service . Thank you for all you do.

but I'm sorry I feel like Steffan is unfairly being held accountable for something beyond his control.

And I also have all the confidence in the world in Rene........but I dont think unless his work load has dropped off substansially , that he can deliver your bars in 14 days overseas.

And man , I understand wanting to get a ride in with your new bars before ya cant for 15 months ...I get it .......

But honestly I dont think youre being fair to Steffan.

Steffan and i have not shared any distasteful or any dialogue that would be considered hostile, we have taken care of the "problem" so to speak but i also know that it may take around the same amount of time to get to me if i ordered the same type of bars from him in such short notice. My wife loves the bars i ordered but she doesn't want the same exact bars either, and she just conveyed this in the last 24 hours. So with someone telling about Mercury i simply asked about another similar type of bars, in hopes that it could be to me within 14 days. If it can't then it can't, my wife will have to wait lol. Steffan will definitely be receive my business again because i have been looking at his work for over 2 years. Love his work, but due to the usps shipping time, i was wondering if it would be possible to get something from a different creator withing a rushed time frame.

My wife didi't see something similar that she liked without choosing the exact same thing i got from Steffan. So im going with another source that was given to me, that's all. Consider me desperate to see something that may not be able to be done within my time frame. My bars from Steffan should be here with the next week, no worries.

I'm staying out of this.

Well, its been a while since I've posted anything. Been busy picking up larger orders and building complete bikes! Theres 3 in the works right now.
