Haha. No matter how much I tried throwing in ideas, this guy was set on his bike looking like the rough crafts shattered pearl. Glad to know someone noticed that before I said anything. Haha

Ha, it does look like Shattered Pearl. I love Winston Yeh's stuff. He has a feature on a fatboy that he built in the new Barnett's BikeCraft mag I picked up yesterday. He does some nice bikes, even if he does use a few too many RSD products for my taste.

That bike looks great fellas. Really nailed down some clean lines with the shape of the tank and fender etc. Well put together!

Rene, all of your stuff is super clean. Sportsters are a dime a dozen, but you manage to make each and every one you lay your hands on super unique. I have already recommended your services to several of my friends. I hope to see you stuff running around Austin soon!

Thanks Valt! Gotta keep things fresh! I'm sure there's some MercuryMoto parts floating around Austin already...

Thanks again for the compliments!

Where are you getting the mini bullet lights?

I've been scouring ebay trying to find something small, but still look good... Having a hell of a time finding something I want.

^^^love that avatar dude and a huge fan since 86. just saw them not too long ago in philly and shared some drinks and bar talk with spike and harold and got some pictures. cool mother fuckers! hey rene, here's a pic of mine, Merc Moto bars and rear fender. Thanks again for remembering to internally drill these bars. I was heart broken at the thought of having to go with something else. and that slick little mirror mount you made me is currently getting painted. Thanks again Rene!

Big thanks to Rene for all the cool ass parts, and for coming out to Las Vegas to help me with my re-wire job :/. I'm loving my bike and I appreciate all the creativeness and hard work Rene put in.

Hey BMX, how does your rear fender mount up? The one that I may use is similar in size and shape, just wondering. You can PM me if you don't want to talk about it on Rene's thread.

Edit: Sorry, wrong person, the fender I'm going to use is longer, like Dusty's. Looked at the wrong picture, but I love both of those macheens!

Still interested to know how either of you mounted them up, whether you had to fab or weld anything on etc. Thx.

No fabrication required to install all my fenders so far. I take out all the guess work.

What Rene said. Thing bolted right up. I think I ended up bending the frame tab a bit though to get it to sit where I wanted. Rene's shit is precision. Thx for the compliments.
