MercuryMoto ( custom bars and fab work)

Just finished building a set of wheels for a bike currently in the shop. Polished the hubs and powdercoated the hoops. 16"/21" on Firestone and Avon. Super classy combo, i think.

Just finished this bike today! I built the tank and did the wheels. powdercoated the rims, polished the hubs and put new tires on.

the tank is EFI ready and fully rubber mounted. Also has the MercuryMoto filler cap.

Thanks. the pipes and seat were already there. i just did the wheels and tank.

Tank looks top notch as always. And the wheels look really good too.

Just to give ya a heads up. I'm makeing plans for my next build. I will be contacting you in the fall about another tank.

Thanks again for the tank you made for Goldilocks. It is the focal point of the bike!

as far as I know, the bike owner made the pan from fiberglass and riveted some steel tabs for mounting. The rear fender has custom mounting and is lowered.

Mostly done with this set. Still have to do the mounts and clean them up a bit more. I just couldn't wait to post them! Hahaha.

I'm gonna go one of two ways , depends on the donor I end up with. if its an Evo , I'm going cafe/tracker style.

If I get an Ironhead its gonna be a freak out , throw back 70's freedom machine.


Man I love those pipes . I like how the rear pipe runs between the case and the break pedal. Cool stuff !!

Sweet! i have a build rambling in my head of an iron head, slammed with a baby tank and rear seat cowl. swing arm (of course) with a fat rear tire, maybe vintage drag bike tire with an Avon 21 up front. either mini drum or spool. ahhh... i wish there were more hours in the day. c'est la vie

I didn't build this particular sissy bar but I can make one. It really helps if I have the bike in the shop with me. I'm located in the imperial valley in southern California.

Still working on a price. Forwards? I can make a set to fit, but I don't have a bike in the shop with forwards. I suggest going to mids!
