    Thank you.

Well, not much as been going on, apart of some more miles on her.

The other day a car buddy had a meeting nearby and one of them took this pictures...

I like the rounded, unusual cam cover cutdown leaving the skirt over the oil pump. It goes very well with the rest of the bike.

I really like the looks of the bike, nice work. Is your buddies car a Ford Cortina, Vauxhall Viva or something altogether different?

                    It's a Opel Rekord C Coupe.

NICE! By the 70s there weren't too many Opels imported to the USA. All we had in the 70's were the few and far between Mantas, GTs and the 'Buick' Opel (similar in looks to the Rekord Coupe ('coo-pay') and Vauxhall had a relation). There was a saying in my native tongue that went 'jeder popel fährt nen Opel' (every booger drives an Opel (booger = stodgy old person)) gotta love nesting text which I'm really abusing... despite that as a youngun I loved the cars.

dang, sick looking bike. i love that you're checking in every year with the build haha, amazing. so cool to dig through the thread and see the small changes you've made over the years after the main build.

any mechanical issues or breakdowns? looks like you're throwing down some serious miles on that bike.
