Some evo sporties had a similar solid rear wheel. How big of a axle can you fit through your swing arm/axle plates?

I am welding on the tc bros universal kit. I saw one on xs650choppers.com but they poster didn't have any info on it. Will i need to change up the front at all? Also looking for info as to what I should look for if I want a 21 inch wheel up front..

That all depends on how much the tc bros drops the rear, the fork length, the original front wheel and what wheel/tire combo you plan on running. You will probably have some issues with the front, unless you like riding a recliner. If you want a 16" rear 21" front, mock it up to see what will keep your frame rails level and give you the desired ride height.

You'll need a rear sprocket and more spacing since that wheel is for a belt drive. Sprocket specialists just made me a 32 tooth harley pattern sprocket for my Invader wheel. I'm not sure about the axel size but you can get bearings to go down to 3/4 if it's 1" now.
