You ever consider doing videos? Your content would easily be good enough to monetize. If you do, give us a heads up so we can help generate the initial hits to make them more popular.

Note stock rocker arm ball stud will not fit s&s rocker arm
S&S makes you buy the complete arm
            Serviceable part my ass

Hot-Rod Boys would thin down the arm to only have the contact patch to the valve stem..

They was after less weight... That way the motor was freeing up some ponies that was being used to spin the motor.... Ain't that some shit..??

welp I owe S&S an apology , yerp thats right
                    Lisen to this BS................

finally got a got ss to call me back, Guys name is Tom I believe
we entered my number off motor
seems lower end was ordered a ignition and carb, flathead power heads was sent to SS to assemble, I think jugs allso and pistons I forget, was tooling down the highway in a tricked out peterbuilt, Anyway
so the heads definitely had mileage on them as me and my machinist suspected, was thrown off my new motor sound to me. but this bullshit confirms it.
so now I have the stock knucklehead guides in there , there are updated guides from s s , im seeing if i can get the o rings and lower tin seals, I need to send him my part numbers on teh guides.
So a slick asshat pulled some BS on me.
so trying to figure out the right plan to get head together, if I can get the older gaskets im golden..
                    So no fault of S&S.

Well that's good to hear... I'm glad that S$S called you back, That says a lot.... So I guess that answers why the gasket set they sent you didn't fit?

I purchased heads for a Shovelhead that were S&S, no problems there, they work good.
I have had finicky getting carburetor tuned on one of my bikes, another runs fine, and have heard the same, they are either great spot on, or a bear to get just right.
I have never personally dealt with them one on one, and the fact they are still in the USA, mucho kudos to them, and for that I like.

                              Excellent outcome.

Who was the felch-belching dog rimmer who sold you that engine as an S&S when it wasn't all S&S? If he'll fuck you, he'll fuck others and that ain't cool. His actions cost you money and made S&S look bad. Even if you don't tell us, tell your local world.

There are lots of engines, especially from the clone chobber world with a mix of parts. That's why I suggest people contemplating an S&S engine verify the serial number with S&S to see how that engine or cases were sold before spending money.

Just to have a look at the Knuckle S&S heads, this is a set that I bought from them not very long ago.
I order them bare so I could pick the parts and do the assembly work ....
