I am having the same issue. I ordered almost 2 week's ago and haven't heard anything back since the confirmation email. How long did it take for you to get shipping info?

I'd file a chargeback on my credit card then shop elsewhere. If the part you want is custom I'd expect it to take more time but anything on the shelf should ship quickly.

It's spring so demand is probably heavy but I expect replies as quickly as I give them!

same thing here, ordered May 28, 2019. payment for amount came out of bank listed as craftedfire 717-269-0689. called number, Jonathan Edwards Krouse Associates please leave a message. left message, emailed. still response. all i need is a replacement wheel. have someone running a address check on the phone. its Lebanon Pa about 30 miles from me. time to go pay a visit.

I am outside the usa, it is a little difficult to call him by phone, to tell him what more than my four emails ? "how soon you will send order, if it is not possible thanks to refund me. "
I'm not hurry, I'm not unpleasant, I do not harass him, but in 2 months I had no sign of activity on his part ...

asshole never sent parts, tracking number or returned money. Paypal has no record of transaction even though the receipt says it went through paypal. contacted bank, getting all the emails together for their fraud department and calling the Pa State Attorney Generals Office Monday. there was 5 or 6 posts from different people on their facebook page asking where the parts are. done dealing with this fuckstick. ive also emailed various venders explaining what he has and hasnt done. Jon Krouse is a thief and a liar
