                      In my experience the foot pegs don't actually send sparks, at least not visibly in the day time. It does scare the shit out of you though when you don't expect it.

                          oh they send sparks if youve worn through the rubber! mine are ground down to the point i will scrape primary at this point though - i try not to do that
