Now that's classy! I thought that I deserved the credit for that one; right nice of ya!

Well, my buddy ended up fabbing up something similar but much smaller on his Sporty a few months ago because he wanted to run his bike rear fenderless. Had to come up with something to mount a rear seat mount to. I liked his idea, just not the execution and what you guys are doing is much more what I was thinking.

This one's a little out of order, but important enough to post anyway. Picked up an entire Triumph Scrambler exhaust system in the hopes of adapting the mufflers and some of the guards to this build.



The look is awesome, but it causes massive packaging drama, so looking like its voted off the island for now. May come back to it at a later date.

Parts are back from powder. Unwrapping freshly painted/powdered parts is like fricken' Christmas when we were 8YO. Can't help but smile.


High heeled kickstand came out good.





Fork legs always look nice in black. Went with a James Gasket seal kit. Have to recommend this one. Seals, clips, drain bolt, etc all for a reasonable price. Nice work guys.





Belt tensioner is sorted as well. For the record, the spring is from a 1976 Honda CB550 kickstand. Worked perfectly.




Initial fork mock up. Looks good, but will want a fender for sure.




Black powdered pulley looks wicked. Here's a tip kids, always use the shouldered grade 8 bolts, always use LocTite and always torque to factory spec. Given the opportunity, your pulley bolts will back out and shear off as they hit swingarm. Ummm... A guy told us that could happen.




Got the fork sleeves on, and Kuryakyn signals sorted. We're thinking that's pretty sexy.
