That picture is just a fairly stock Indian with the back fender bobbed and the front removed! Most Brat style are Jap bikes with modded frames in the seat area and still have rear suspension.

They usually have a small tank pulled back towards the solo seat and a short rear fender... and not dirt bike bars, more like mini apes or goofy skinny bars.
