Well there ya go.... no slide plate for adjusting the transmission position... Probably should have mentioned that at the start, lol. That's what you need...

Your transmission mount plate looks like a standard HD plate. If so, you can move the transmission forward quite a bit, so much so that you may have to remove the washers from the front plate mounting bolts as the washers will be in the way.

No wonder you can't put a belt on that thing!

Dont understand this im against the frame tube already dont understand why a placing a plate will make it fit? I know the plate with slots you can slide them more to the front but my tranny is al the way against the tube, maybe im wrong but i thought it would be more but wit the belt that was cut it was only 1cm or 0.39 inch

Something doesn't add up. I've never seen a four speed that hit the seat post before the transmission case is bang up against the front plate bolts.

                        Frame been modified and/or wrecked?

OP could step back and take more pics, from the timing side as well.

I've gathered a lot from the good pics supplied. For instance, I see plenty of unused slot under one of the stud washers. The OP has plenty of adjustment, he needs to identify and remove whatever obstruction is present.
