Aahh thanks, so the brake/spool is an original springer drum brake and they put it into a 21" rim. That make sense to me.
Are there any other wheels with drum brake what will fit to a springer or is this the only way to go? Haven't seen any other variants so far.
In my country the original springer drum brakes will be rare...Comment

One other option the OP might want to consider is lacing a 21" rim to a 1972 or earlier Sportster drum.
I've seen pics of that combo on an early Springer and thought it looked really cool. And the the Sportster drum might be easier to find...Comment

Maybe check with these guys from Germany; maybe they can build you one:
These are the wheels to replace the worn or missing stock part on your 45”/750cc Flathead. They look close to the factory equipment of the era with black hub and cad (ZnNi) steel spokes. The hub’s internals are also stock so your original axles will fit. The rim has the correct Kelsey-Hayes (KHW)
2.15x21 rim
If buildin' old school choppers was easy, anyone could do it... ain't nobody said it's gonna be easy...Comment

Here you go
plenty of options to choose from, you would be looking for the sealed bearing star hub option.
or if you look on the main page wheel section they can be built with a high shoulder aluminum rim also for a little more moneyComment
