    Hey fellas,

Been riding Harley's since I was 14 (starting with an iron). I took a couple years off after a bad spill and a move to NYC. This past summer I decided to jump back on with a 1978 Shovel project. I didn't have much experience working on older bikes, so I used this forum A LOT. Decided that its about time I actually make an account and get engaged. So here I am. Looking forward to it.

          Hey everybody!
Out of West Michigan here. Been riding for decades, but I just bought an '89 softail that I want to turn into a frisco chopper. I'm not much of a wrench, so I could learn a lot from this group. I've loved choppers since I was a kid. I'm finally going to try to make that dream come true!

Hello! My name is Chase and I just "finished" chopping my '03 sporty. A friend and I actually transformed his 61 Panhead from about 10 cardboard boxes of parts into a rideable chopper, and then, chopped my sporty. We did this in about 1 month.

New member from Ohio. Here is a pic of the best bike in the world.....a free bike. Picked it up from a friend in Texas a few months ago, and rode it back the 1600ish miles to Ohio. Click image for larger version

Might be for the Honda 750, this one was a Savior that got turned into a hardtail; note engine mounts in front:

New to this whole forum deal.... this has always been a great site to pass the time on so I figured why not join!? I live in Sidney BC and have a '13 sportster and a '81 Suzuki gs750 (now with an 1100). I do a little bit of drag racing at our local (384') track with the Suzuki and the sporty is my touring bike...Click image for larger version

Hey Everyone. I am Rogue, and live in Washington State. I have ridden Harleys for years and currently have an 07 Nightster and a 13 Roadglide. I just picked up a 1978 KZ750 for my first build, and waiting on my hardtail weld on ass end from Lowbrow Customs. Excited to start this project.
