Been riding Harley's since I was 14 (starting with an iron). I took a couple years off after a bad spill and a move to NYC. This past summer I decided to jump back on with a 1978 Shovel project. I didn't have much experience working on older bikes, so I used this forum A LOT. Decided that its about time I actually make an account and get engaged. So here I am. Looking forward to it.

Hello! My name is Chase and I just "finished" chopping my '03 sporty. A friend and I actually transformed his 61 Panhead from about 10 cardboard boxes of parts into a rideable chopper, and then, chopped my sporty. We did this in about 1 month.

That is not for the 900 Kawasaki (lower engine mount further back under middle of the engine):


Might be for the Honda 750, this one was a Savior that got turned into a hardtail; note engine mounts in front:

check measurements of engine mounts for SOHC Honda 750:


Maybe Honda 500 / 550 4 cylinder (note front and front lower engine mounts):

I live in Sidney BC and have a '13 sportster and a '81 Suzuki gs750 (now with an 1100). I do a little bit of drag racing at our local (384') track with the Suzuki and the sporty is my touring bike...
