What are my chances?

Ive got $8,000 coming to me and I'd love to find a rigid pan, ready to ride (so I can get some riding in before making it a winter project), with a clean/matching title.

Think that's enough money to make that happen? I'm not finding shit in the Boston/Providence area, even outside of my price range

you can find something in decent shape that might not be exactly what you want but at least running condition that can be used and ridden and just make it cosmetically what you want
