Some pics of an XS650 project that came into the shop this weekend

A member from on here recently brought in this XS650 project to have me mount up a few things for him
I have never had an XS650 bike before I just wanted to add how much I really like the frame lines on this bike
This is an Elswick hardtail with 4" or of stretch (I did not do the hardtail, Mike from 47 Industries did and its a great install job that he did)

I just have a few small things to install like the fake oil tank, gas tank, rear fender, and rear fender struts, seat, and some minor details

this is what the bike looked like (minus the seat) when it first got dropped off

after getting most of the stuff mounted up and tacked into place still have some work left to do on it I will post more pics as I go

Nice lines indeed, have to say I thought it already had a sissy bar, but my eyes were playing tricks on me.

That rear fendef looks "Tits!"

Love the choice of tank too! Looks mean. Looks absolutely perfect on that bike!

I'm guessing since you got a chopper shop, you make those fenders. If I shoot ya a pm with wheel/tire size, can you give me a quote on a fender shipped?

thanks man I cant take credit for the fender though
Bill said he got it from Seven Metal West
it fit great when I started to mount it up
I did not have to touch it other than make the mounting tabs and brackets
I did not have to contour it or even re shape it or anything
I have used their products before on other bikes Ive built and they are a top quality piece that fit properly

Bill Im glad you like the way it came out
you and Rick are marked down for shirts when I get the next order in
and thanks again I appreciate the business and you giving me the opportunity to build some stuff for your bike
