Big inch Evo questions. Input please

My stock 80" in my 91 FXR isnt cutting it anymore. Just doesn't have enough balls. Im looking to get some more out of it, however its a '91 and i believe thats the early weaker cases.

Im basically just considering multiple options and looking for some input from those who have built evos.
I ride this bike hard and push it in the mountain roads. I rev it pretty good considering. Hot rodding around town happens. We all do it. 3-400+ mile cruises and trips are not uncommon either. So basically all ends of the spectrum....i need a good reliable motor that puts out plenty of power.

-Doing a simple jug, piston, cam, head etc. swap is fine, but i can only go so big and theres the issue with my cases when i get to the boring aspect of things. What options do i have? parts and configurations youve used? Branch, Mackie, S&S, Axtell, etc etc? Stick with the 88"- 96" range? I need a good solid motor that i can push hard. Any suggestions on good tried and true parts combos?

Complete S&S engines are out of my price range. I simply dont have it. Out of curiosity I looked into El Bruto series Ultimas. For half the price of a S&S I can have a 107"-127" Ultima at my door ready to bolt in with 115-140 hp. But are they worth it?
- Does anybody have any experiences with their new motors? I know they had some issues in the earlier days but from what i can tell now thats a thing of the past and theyre cranking out some reliable powerhouses for relatively cheap.

Any input would be appreciated.
