I'm the assistant operations manager for a contracting firm that does point of purchase advertising and high end window displays for everyone from Phillip Morris to Nike to Victoria's Secret...Always something new going on an I get to ride my sporty everyday and listen to Danzig at my desk. Pays my bills and pays for parts so I dig it.

Started off as an Accessories Installer (stereo's, dvd players, remote starts), got tired after almost 4 years of making the same wage, so I moved back to my home town and took a year as a parts counter man, moved to my wife's hometown, and spent 6 months doing foundation repair, got tired again and have spent almost six months as a factory labourer for one of Toyota's main parts suppliers.

Been interesting, but I'm hoping my wife will finally get a teaching job so I can get my 28 y/o ass back to school... for something or another...

Professional harley mechanic for the last 10 years in both custom shops and a dealership. I also work security in Vegas' hospitals.
In my off-time, I am a Master of Ceremonies in regards to reckless debauchery, alcohol-induced mayhem, and general fuckedupness.

I know exactly how you feel. Fuck off, corporate America.

I maintain and repair industrial manufacturing robots for an RF microchip manufacturer. Before that I was in the Marine Corps.

I am in graduate school right now and have a term paper due in 3 hours, but all I want to do is work on my bikes so I am surfing this internets. Maybe I should quit school. Life is short, ya know?

I just got out of the Marine Corps after 9 years. Start looking for a job now and be willing to relocate. That's the best advice I can give you. Use your desk time! I did and I started working while I was still on terminal leave.

Also, don't expect to get a supervisory position. You will most likely start at the bottom!
