dimpled vs. not on new hndlebars

Im not sure which one to do. first time buying some new handlebars, which is more convenient? if i dont get the dimpled ones will i have to dimple them myself. im confused here. anyone wanna slice some knowledge i dont have.
i gota intruder, i wanna change the whole set up on the bars....

Go with the dimpled bars if they offer them in the style you like. Less chance of movement when they are mounted.

If you are not looking to internally route the wiring and/or throttle cable, get the dimpled handlebars so that your wires have a place to go.

If you are doing a more custom set up and trying to clean up the bars as much as possible, get the non-dimpled version because you aren't going to like the aesthetic of 2-3 inch dents in your bars showing.

go without dimples. dimpled bars are for harleys.

the dimples are just for the wires the solid round ones look much better and I believe a little stronger if you lay it down.
