Sandigego to Born Free

We are riding up fri mid morning and grabbing a hotel closer to the event then probably rip around the area to see what we can find to get into.

I will be riding up from SD the morning of Born Free... maybe meet up with N.county riders at The Flying Elephant in C-Bad.

By hotel you mean a 30 pack and a sleeping bag in the dirt right?

Take it everyone is gonna haul ass up the 5, I'm hoping to hook up with a group goin' my way somewhere close to Murrieta, I could always run the Ortega over to meet up with a group going that way.

I THINK I'll be in SD (clairemont area) on friday, and plan to ride to the show the morning of..(I've got a plan A, and this would be plan B) Im from Las Vegas, but I might be in Cmont visiting some fam.... Not real familiar with the area, but would like to meet up with some peeps to ride to BF..

Don't know if anyone is interested but I'd detour south if anyone wants to take a back roads way into Born Free, here is the route I'm taking:

However you want to get to the 5 then 5 north to the 74 east...

Seemingly random turn off the 74 to Antonio Parkway followed by a couple quick seemingly random turns to get us to Trebuco Canyon Rd which after a while and a hard right turn it becomes Live Oak Canyon Rd then at Cook's Corner make a Right onto Santiago Canyon Rd up the road to Born Free and we go in through the out door.

Should be fun, the little bit of urban sprawl could be a hassle but the back canyon roads will be worth it.

When are you guys leaving? Forgive me if I've missed something last week was a roller coaster week for me. But I'm ready. What are we doing?

I'll be starting out from Clairemont, so if you wanna ride up with us, let me know.

If anyone is interested in the back way in I'll meet up either down off the 74, 76, 78 or anywhere in between off the 5 I am game, but I refuse to take all freeway and major highway in. Besides back roads are a lot more fun.

I'll be leaving from my sister's house in san clemente on sat morning too, I don't know the area at all, maybe I should hook up with youz guys.
