The Shit List

Nash Motorcycle Company is ripping people off. They are taking money and not shipping merchandise. They won't return emails or phone calls. I am not the only one, check their FB page and Beware! Anyone here having the same problem, pass it on!

Hey no worries. Now if you go back to the shit list thread and you use the "search thread" option in the yellow bar at the top of the thread kinda in the middle but more to the right, search NASH and you will see all the others that had similar issues. You can choose to reach out tho them for help... that is if you want to.

Thank you very much, I think my post might have gotten their attention. I received an email, after nearly 5 months, stating that they will be shipping my items tomorrow.

Good to read that you got some movement on your problem. Power of the 33. These types of threads always hit home with me because I've been scammed a few times by "celebrity" bike builders.

I actually just received an email from Nash stating that the items I ordered almost 5 months ago are not available. I have asked for a refund. I'll give them a chance to do the right thing. It isn't the money, so much as the lack of good business sense that irritates me. I will follow up. Thanks again

If you read my post I mentioned the Shit List thread to the OP. I still don't think this is a bad first post. Obviously the guy's intent was to help keep others from getting ripped off. I will never understand how everyone trips over themselves to defend "celebrity" bike builders with reputations of shady business practices.

fuck dealing with them at all anymore. call your credit card company and cancel the fucking transaction. ran some gimps before myself....took 6 fucking weeks to get em but they were WAY worth the wait. good luck bro.

If you buy something from kiethd in beachwood New Jersey Make sure you take a good look at what your getting. I bought a Matchless basket case from him sight unseen (i know, im telling you this wont happen twice) and when I finally got it it took all of 5 seconds to realize the frame is completely crooked. like MC Escher crooked. I contacted him to try to work out a fair solution to this and he basically told me that I got my moneys worth and to go get fucked.

http://www.chopcult.com/Keithd/classifieds/30163/ This was the original link to the ad but its been deleted. basically it was an untitled motor, aframe, and a bunch of boxes of parts. pretty much the definition of a basket case. I got everything that was in the pictures but the frame is useless, not like a couple dents, or a crimp, or a bent stay that could be cut out , slugged and rewelded or anything that could even be salvageable, but whoever welded the hard tail on had no idea what they where doing and theres not a straight line on the whole frame, the neck is tweaked and theres no way anyone looking at it for a second could not notice. He knew, when I wrote him to try to work things out he told me I got my moneys worth, that we where even ,and best of luck. I consider the frame to be part of what I paid for. I wasnt expecting a cream puff, but I expected everything I bought to be usable after a bit of work.
