Brandon, you seem to be a better organizer than I am, why dont you take the helm here and put up some wacky event page from your LVL 13 wizard thingy. And I have your mx gloves in my swingarm bag. Don't let me forget to give them back to you.
Dude! Is there any other city other than Boston?! Wtf?!
I can see you're all about keeping my gloves. I had to resort to some old ones with holes in them since you're a pilfering, little chimichanga.

Poll is done in 18 days or so. Then we'll go where it points us and we'll find routes and accommodations then.
I'm thinking this is a 3 day weekend type of deal. Try and take a Friday off for the love of Jesse.

As it stands now I don't know, getting the buttering up started on the wife, when I got home from Hell on Wheels I was handed my kid and told to deal with him. "I've had it with YOUR son, it's your turn to deal with him!" Evidently he was a major pain in the ass from the time they left the rally till the time I got home, and I had better not be planning any more motorcycle fun for a bit. With my wife's fucked up hip she's not going to be riding either a bike or bitch for probably at least a year, she's VERY bitter about the whole thing. She's had to give up bikes, roller derby (so now I get to be the focus of her aggression) even a day at the Mouse House is asking a lot with plenty of rest stops and trips to Carl Strauss in Ca Adventure with Vicodin on board. Hopefully someone will be rolling a chase vehicle so we can pawn off Clint Beastwood to Grandma and she can tag along because I want Ewok bacon!
Speaking of bacon, I ripped this off one of my wife's old roller derby team mates face book, her derby name is L'eggs N Bacon:
I give you the Baconator,
HIGH 5's!! ~ It's all about timing, wife's not going to go, both grandma's decided that ThePete needs to raid the moon of Endore for Ewok pelts and bacon. They're going to take my wife out to do girly stuff that weekend.

Do we have a place in Sequoia in mind? I spent some time hunting around last night. There's got to be 100's of camp sites out there. Many of the sites with reservations seemed like they were getting filled already and there's tons of sites that are 1st come 1st serve, Could be a logistical nightmare depending on the final group size.

Other than avoiding the 5 and jamming up the 395 instead I'm cool with about anywhere, maybe have a meet up somewhere like where the 395 and 14 cross or something that way I can fly up and gather whomever may be going from the meth capitol of the world, if thats a no go the 74 is literally in my back yard and I can hop over to the coast pretty easily.

ANybody been there before...with suggestions?
I live up here, in the park. Still pretty fresh. I'll scope out some places today and tomorrow. Roughly how many are going to be in this Bacon Pack?

Ok. So I asked around and I found a pretty sweet spot. 15 bucks per ten heads. There's a catch, bit of a hike, bout 5 miles. But its up past the tree line, its an easy walk and its on a lake. Plus, there's a 15ft cliff jump into the lake, Lake Silliman. It's off-trail so rangers wouldn't be a problem.
If hiking ain't the thing for yalls, I can check around some more.

Fuckn' A! Sounds good to me, a 5 mile hump in full gear will be a walk in the park, but above the tree line might be difficult for some of the low landers. The only problem I have with it is leaving my bike 5 miles away, course mine's the most heinous one of the group so it wold probably be the least likely to be molested. Might mean multiple trips for me unless I figure out a good way to pack my gear and a piglet.
