Mormon Blockade/ Lane-splitting

So I was running a bit late for work this morning .Then the obvious happens. Hit all the red lights , waited at the train-crossing, get stuck behind the school bus stopping to pick up kids. OK..
Finally I hit the interstate only to get stuck behind what I like to call the Mormon Blockade.
3 or four drivers who feel it is their civic duty to regulate traffic flow by driving less than a car length next to each other, all traveling about 62 MPH. Is anyone aware if lane splitting is legal in Utah?
