Harley to Triumph Rear Wheel

Anyone know about bolting a triumph drum onto a 8 bolt sportster rear hub?

I have herd that it can be done but I need more info.

Will bolt holes line up? It can't be that easy.

I could machine a bracket but I don't have the wheel yet and I don;t wnat to buy one if it's too complicated.

If anyone has any info please let me know.
