rebuilding 67 bonnie and a 73 tr6r. looking for parts

ok guys i am wondering what name brand stupp you guys trust fro the important stuff and where to get it. as in the oil pump, con rod big end bearings, crank main bearings and such. i only plan on doing this once and doing it right. thanks for the help and any advice is welcome. treat me like i am dumb, i want all your tips and tricks.
