So is this your farewell post? Looks like a nice winter beater if you ask me. Nothing can replace the feeling of riding a motorcycle. I would never, not have a bike.

i know this is CC and not the HAMB, but i too would have traded that sporty for the mopar. as nice a sporty as that is you can always get another one or go ironhead for pennies on the dollar to new. from the pic i think the road runner looks killer and if its in running condition i think you'll be happy. ive thought of trading my 67 dart gt many times but always decided against it. its not a high dollar car by any means but it will hit triple digits and lets me enjoy more things with the fam. i like the trade but as long as you do thats whats important.

The Road Runner is driveable, it's an 11.50 1/4 car w/600hp 440, solid lift .600 cam, 3500 stall, 4.56 spool. That whole drive train is going in a '69 Dart I bought about a year ago. The Road Runner is going to be more of a driver than what that drivetrain is capable of. Here is the Dart

Still no bike. Wanted a builder early '70's Triumph but reality is setting in that I don't have enough spare time to work on these cars, my daily driver C10 and have time to even search for a bike let alone work/build one. I think I am going to start looking for a '90's Sportster if I can pick one up cheap. Seems everyone I see on craiglist they think they have a jewel and want 5k for any older Sportster.

Ended up with another EFI sporty, still have the '69 RoadRoadrunner it aint going anywhere. *These sportys are too plentiful and cheap and at 3.50/gal, I need a bike. *Looked at carb'd Thruxtons but didn't find any for a decent price. *This sporty is clean and it's *got only 1,300 miles and is an '09. *I plan to do some inverted 2" rise bars & an Auto meter clamp for the speedo and put about 10k miles on it this year. *
