T120R problem

So I just got my bike back together I put a Sparx Regulator / Rectifier Battery Eliminator and a Pazon Electronic Ignition as well as a new set of JRC carburetors. Its all wired up and is getting good spark. But when I started the bike the right side was running way to hot. So I check the normal things spark plugs, carbs, valves, and fiddled with the timing. Still the same thing. So I made sure I was getting oil where it needed to be and that was good. So finally I switched the coil leads around from the right to left , left to right and the left side ran hot. Not sure whats going on here because I set the timing according to the manual without a timing light. Then moved it around from one extreme to the other and still the same story.

Also here is a photo of the wiring diagram I made. Any input would help, thanks.

Shit Just realized this is the European Bikes section sorry!
