trying to get info on this old springer

i bought a bike and it came with a truck load of old chopper parts. this springer is one of those parts, it has no brand marking on it and im not sure how old it is or who made it. so im asking all you if you have any idea who made this, when approx it was made, and how much its worth today. thanks

Its hard to tell with out seeing the rockers. The rockers can more or less narrow it down to a few brands.
