Valve jerb for a '71 T100 in the NYC area

Who's good for these? Lookin' to have new valves installed and the seats reground, Hugh over at 6th Street turned me on to someone but I'd like to know what and who else is out there. Anybody have a solid recommendation?

or...you can ship that head to any good Triumph shop you want and have it done.
just don't take it to an automotive machine shop and let them fuck it up, the valve seats are cast into the head and need to the cut with a seat cutter, not a seat grinder like an auto shop uses.
you can send to
Don Hutchinson in Mass.
or Big D in Dallas
or MAP in Florida
or Wes or us in Calif
and I'm sure there are others out there.
