Someone pointed out that I have never made a forum post here on CC so I corrected that.

Ya, I've heard SO many old timers say the only reason they bought Bates Seats were because they were cheap.

IMO, there isn't much difference between a RUB loading up his Bagger with every chrome accessory J&P Cycles offers and these kids willing to blow $700 on a fucking solo seat.

And that my friends, is why I don't own ANY of those things. Hell, I didn't like them when they were new!
