SMOKE OUT XIII, Rockingham, NC JUNE 22-23

Who's goin? I'd like to get a few fellow riders together and meet up here in South Central VA, then make the cruise down to R-Ham. I think it's about 2 hours from where I'm at.

Not sure if I'm gonna camp or motel it up....camping sounds fun...

I have went the last 2 years and camped. Wasn't that bad, but really expensive for what it is. Not going back this year.

If youre interested...two chapter of my MC are there, Rockingham and Moore County. Both inclose proximity. They will have AC, cold beer and shade for campers I'm sure...I can pass the word if you like and as long as youre cool they will be too.

camped there the last two years.... was fine. Most of all the fun stuff happens late at night anyways, so the campground is the better part of the event.

I'm with the dude that says he's not going back. I prob will but it is expensive for what it is. The camp ground is all fire ants and cactuses if you set up at night and can't scope it out first. "crazy night stuff" was over pretty early last year except for some roamers. Hotels were also abundant last year. 9 however was like choppers took over the whole city! Every hotel parking lot filled to the brim with bikes and just nonstop cruising. Last year was a disappointment compared to that one.

Me and couple guys from the Blacksburg VA area were planning on going this year and camping. None of us have been before... not sure what to think about camping now.
