I think that my old Army NCO days are coming back to haunt me, I need organization! I am compliling a Zee map of 33ers North and East of the state of Maryland so that more effective communication can be made regarding rides, meet-ups to rides, breakdown help, you get the picture. I know that this topic has been brought up before, but I'm ONLY talking about THIS region...someone else can hook up the others if this works. So...all I need is your City, State, ZIP, your Handle & first name, and a contact number or email address. I don't care about if you can weld, have a truck, spare cot or anything else, just the facts, Ma'am.

Here's the map: North East 33ers
If the map gets locked, click "unlock" and use password: 33
Orange Markers: Members
White Markers: Shops
Black Markers: Places to avoid (shops, checkpoints, etc.)

Good stuff, pass this thread on as you run into more 33ers in the area. As soon as we get enough heads on the map, I'll ask the Mods if we can make the actual link to the map a sticky.

Not even sure if these places fall into any real category here but figured I'd postem. They're garages where you can work on your bike. I stopped by machina today and was talking to some decent people there working on a sporty.

Tony, I got a couple of buddies stationed at Drum, if you need something let me know. Also, if you need a pit stop on the way to Stony Point, hit me up (I'm over by West Point) I'm off of the 9W.
Good shop aside from not much to any HD stuff, but is FILLED with old jap bikes and other motorized vehicles. Guy is like 80 and still works everyday, just old school cash register and paper for cards. Pretty sure dude was an old dual sport star and might even own Bultaco now.

I park my bike at "The Shop" on metropolitan ave it's not much of a wrenching shop. No tools really.
We need a "night" in Brooklyn somewhere. I'm thinking there has to be a bar in Redhook with an abandoned lot next to it.

Believe me man, I've been looking in Red Hook for a few months now. There are two places called Machina and Vax moto within 3 blocks of each other in Park Slope. Last year there were a few small events at Vax moto so Im sure they'll have some this year as well.

This thread is awesome, I just wasted time and page space in the junk pile making a thread about
Moving to Brooklyn when I could have checked back here. Looks like there's a lot of you guys in that area and hopefully I'll be there within the next 6 months
