Amal air filters from India

Same guy selling reproduction girder forks, tanks and other parts on ebay, is selling these air filters.

Anyone running them or seen them? Look decent, but I don't see any kind of filter element...which would make them about as useful as the stacks i'm running now.

Looks like it would keep birds and rocks out of carbs,,,,,,,,,, but if you running screens on velocity stacks, the screen would keep out more debries,,,never seen this setup before,,,,
