"Lester" the CB750A Hondamatic

Got a build thread going over on Hondachopper.com, but thought 'I'd do it over here too. No sense preaching to the choir, if ya know what I mean. Started with a CB750A Hondamatic motor, and some time on my hands.

Stock CB750 hub buffed up on my Harbor Freight $39 buffer with some stainless steel spokes from Buchanans Spokes that also got the buffer teatment and a 500-16 Coker tire.

The back is from a CB750F, not running a front brake, thought a disk out back would be a good idea.

The motor is a '77, got a 850cc kit and cam from Cycle X to add some GO to the Hondamatic, now the two speeds will be FAST, and FASTER.

That is one great looking frame, I have not had matic! But I really like the welds, tig welding is sooo much cleaner and better than mig, stick, or gas!!! I have to edit, after relooking at this thread,,,, I am astonished at that seat!!! it is guaranteed to last much longer than a tooled leather anything!! You have an amazing ability there!!!your work is absolutilly fabulous!!! Extremely well done there!~ I am very impressed!!!!
