Considering a swap between my 1990 FXR for a 1988 FXR with lower miles.

I know there have been some improvements between 88 and 90, like in the trans, clutch and starter, but still can't decide...

I did export bikes from the US, used a company called Schumacher Cargo, they are reliable, I would recommend them, they can import your trikes, they are specialized in vehicules of all types

ok, will look at this but when I turn the key the rear light goes on...

I replaced the main breaker and the cable connecting it to the positive of the battery.
No improvement, still no starter, no ignition, no front light.
Ground is good, anywhere on the engine....

The original one was dead so I replaced it with a new one couple month ago.
That wouldn't explain why the engine died at speed neither

They look like this, stock wiring I believe.
I've tested them with a continuity tester and they seems to be all closed.
Should I change them all?
