Like I said before don't drill anything until you get everything...

That part isn't needed with the later style TO bearings.........

Sorry but that info doesn't need to be out there. No grinding, welding or fileing is needed but I ain't telling.

Yep that's right As long as you have correct clutch lever fork and I'd bet you do your good to go.........

Yes those carbs are very easy to get stopped up..... Be sure they are very clean before you start drilling......

It looks right to me............. What kind of throw out bearing are you running..............

Yes both, But go one step at a time with the idle jet the smallest one........... But the first thing I would do is make sure they are ALL clean and you can see light through all of them before you...

There is no need to do that, it isn't needed...... All that can do is warp or crack the case if it isn't done correctly.........

Buy it NOW!!!!!!! You can buy all that you need to put that bike back stock...... Buy ONLY OEM Harley parts no after market just and you will be happy.......

No bike is a bad bike for a first bike just as long as it's a good runner........... Don't buy something that you have to work on all the time..........

Yes drill the jets youm will have to take the jets out each time. But I would go up 2 sizes at a time until your plugs start getting darker then go up one at a time.

Yes you drill out the jets you have now. No need spending money on new jets when the ones you have now are just fine. Like I said go up 2 drill sizes or so at a time once you figure out what size...

Thanks for the pics............ Your running way lean.......... Be sure and check for an intake leak first then start richen it up. If it were me I would but a mini drill index and have at it.........

I have a stock OEM manual timer. I really like being able to set my advance to what the bike likes not what is pre set in the timer with the auto advance timer.......

LOL Hell no, No retard needed with an OEM timer............ But with an aftermarket timer like yours who knows what you might have to do.......... I've also had one just like yours, After many...
