Any ideas on how to seal this off? Side view of my seat and how it leaves a space between it and the frame.

Throw a towel over it, out of sight out of mind.

wrap some duct tape around the whole shabang and paint the tape to match the seat. Badass.

Or just make a new pan out of fiberglass that fits the way you want then cover it and hang out with your wang out.

Someone call? You can get some 20-22 ga. aluminum, cut it larger than your seat, rivet it or glue it to the bottom, fold or pound over the edges and cut with snips to fill the gap. I did this for a swingarm sporty once and came out great.

fiberglass seat pan, its pretty easy to do and fits perfectly....I made this seat for my shadow a.c.e a few years back. I think it might of cost under $50 to make in total..
