Hey, im a bit stuck on my build with the rear brake set up. Im looking for a master cylinder to use for the rear brake but its gotta be a square shaped one which can lie flat and have the lid up top. I think a front brake one would be best. What are any of you guys using on your bikes? I have stock xs650 one, but it looks a bit big to me. Any advice??

On my suzuki chop, i use an old ironhead rear brake master cylinder. I use it for my clutch, but you get the idea.

Cheers man, thats the exact shape im looking for but here in the UK old HD parts are sometimes hard to come by, and usually expensive. Something off a Japanese bike would be ideal as there should be more on offer for me. Cheers anyways

modern Sporty rear masters are the same shape. Avoid the dealer and go after market. Not to hard to find

You could also go with something like this. It bolts flat and you can extend the resevoir line and put that wherever you want.
