Here is the fender I built for my chop. I'm running with a mild frankenstein theme. I dig it. I cut an inch out the middle of an old trailer fender, welded it back together on the back side leaving a gap, then drilled holes every inch and laced it up with some steel wire.

Very cool man. And I dig the copper wire idea too. I saw leave it that green and rust color for the full Frankenstein affect.

That's neat shit man.
I remember seeing old model T's and stuff out in the bush with the fenders stitched up like that.
Right on.

Here are a couple pics of my fender, pipes and stacks mocked up. Not sure about the struts they were just some that I had laying around....Im toying with a no struts at all, or using some round stock to make some skinny ones.....Thoughts?

Thanks for all the kind words...

I like the struts, great looking bike man!! The visored headlight looks great too! I always thought visors were straight up class. Good job.

Here is my bike with the seat mounted....I don't think I'm going to run a cover on the pan...The top I'm gonna cover in purple griptape and the bottom in stickers....who knows tho lol

I've been keeping an eye on your progress. Love the stance of your bike, Hope I can get mine looking about the same. That fender is bad ass. Way to be original.
