So, here´s the starting point:
<a href="http://s206.photobucket.com/albums/bb77/Acer65/CB350_1974/?action=view&amp;current=25032007328.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb77/Acer65/CB350_1974/25032007328.jpg" border="0" alt="Starting point"></a>

And how it looks now:
<a href="http://s206.photobucket.com/albums/bb77/Acer65/CB350_1974/?action=view&amp;current=300520101436.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb77/Acer65/CB350_1974/300520101436.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s206.photobucket.com/albums/bb77/Acer65/CB350_1974/?action=view&amp;current=300520101433.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb77/Acer65/CB350_1974/300520101433.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Swingarm extended 4", forks lowered 2", tires are 110/18"......

I´m now making new seat and tail, sort of Bratstyle kind of. Maybe need to change the handlebar also.....hmmmm:

On the back of this pic is my other CB350 hartail project, that needs another thread....:)

Looks more like a Cafe. Some clip-ons or Clubmans would be more fitting bars...

Maybe clubmans, but certainly lower than now. Something like this I have in my mind:

Maybe try some MX bars. They are cheap and easy to get. I paid 25 bucks for mine from a local bike shop.

That´s what I have been up today, upholstering seat:

And the new handlebar:

Hè Nice Seat
But what is THE bike in THE background

Nice work. That seat looks great, although I'd vote to change the handlebars. Flip them back over or go with some clubmans like you mentioned. You bike so if you like roll with them.

Keep sharing and tell us some about your hardtail CB .
