picked this bike up real cheap! this will be my first chop so not sure what i'm getting into! but its a nice project that fits in my garage! so far i've got it stipped down and have hardtailed it. getting into wiring soon. bike hasn't run since 97 so carbs were bad. which is another project, old gas came out like orange juice and every orfice was plugged.....good things winters are long!! so here we go, any comments are welcome!

Lots of potential, and love mine!

Curious to see a hardtailed one, got any pics?

that looks sweet!! we took the rear clip off mine, removed the shocks and put struts in. mad e use of the mounts on the swing arm and welded the tops to the frame. will get some pics soon. move the bike to my work cuz the lack of heat in my garge made things difficult..but this way i can work on it during my lunch hour....

Hey Fuzzy,

Really looking forward to seeing where you are going with the build. These bikes are so easy to mod with great results. I just landed aother CB rolling chassis, and already have a CM on the go (along with others)

thanks man! everytime i look at i get another idea, having trouble focusing on one area! have alot of ideas but waiting to get some parts for it, swap meet coming to cleveland in march so looking to get most of my stuff then. think about a split tank to go on either side of the backbone. just the backbone is so wide on this think most tanks won't fit the way i want....but i enjoy the challenge....
