View Full Version : Just a suggestion: Parts Catalogs

I'm sure everyone has thought of this, but I think everyone should have at least one after market catalog for their bikes. Many are free and/or on the internets, some shops will give them out (so you order from them), or you can pick them up for about the same price as the latest magazine on the rack. I think they are a valuable resource to look up parts, price, and see what is available for your ride. Just a thought.

I did the book thing until I found the internet. Companys change prices, discontinue items, stock new items all the time. So even a 2009 book that you got in January is outdated by now. Plus I found it's one more thing in the garage that just takes space and collects dust. And I belive just about every company has a web site by now.

I'll look in J&P and Custom Chrome for reference but then i'll scour the internet to find the deal. I usually end up on eBay.
