I am trying to figure out my batteryless wiring diagram for a positive earth sparx igniter box, so here is what I have and what I went off of from an xs650. Please feel free to comment since i can not get it to work.

That diagram will work, your drawing is showing an electronic ignition.make sure to put fuses in it to protect the ignition circuit from the lighting circuits or you stand a chance of burning up your ignition.

I do have 4 fuses

1 for Igniter box (10 amp)
1 for the Rectifier (20 amp)
1 for the head light (10 amp)
1 for the tail light. (10 amp)

but it has no spark and it ran before I did this, so i know the stator is good. But theoretically that should work?

a 15 amp fuse for both the headlight and taillight will work fine, no need to do both. a 20 amp fuse on the rectifier is not required. and the 10 amp for the ignition is good..fuse the brake light separately with a 5 or 7 amp fuse, because the switch and wires going to it have a habit of getting caught in shit shorted out. this way you may be able to ride home at night with lights.
here is a little stuff on fuse sizes...
as a general rule the fuse should be twice the size of expected load, so..
10 amps times 12 volts equals 120 watts, your headlight and taillight ad up to a little less than 100 watts.

Thank you Torch,

I actually met you 2 years ago at the first born free show, I was the annoying kid from Kansas that kept asking you questions.

That is, thank you for letting me pick your brain. It was a plus meeting chico, he is one of my favorite builders. And thanks again for the wiring help.
