The CB part comes in that I am about to move everything over to a 78 CB Hawk frame with title that I changed up the rear of a bit.

It's all welded up now, just don't have a current pic of it. Waiting for the weather to completely goto shit before I tear the current bike down.

But yeah, first bike I 've built, really the first bike I've ever ridden besides dirt bikes as a kid, but I'm hooked, so it won't be the last.

Good looking scoot bro. How did you wire up the headlights though? I thought it would be a pain in the ass to wire up two headlights.

That actually came already wired up. Just plugged them into the old H4 plug from the old light. Both on for low, both on for high.

Good deal, where did you get them from? That might be pretty sweet to have if they are easy to install, my scoot has that ugly square headlight too and I've been meaning to change it out.

All over ebay. Cheapest I found was 138 bucks, plus 15 bucks for the emgo mounting tabs. I went the cheap single route first, and got a cheap single lights worth of output. These things are like night and day, litterally... Money well spent when you're cruising a dark back road...

Sweet, I'll take a look around for a set. Thanks

Narrowing a rebel tank...

Pulled a pic into photoshop and found out what I needed to cut, then p-chopped it together, then really chopped it...

Looks good, did you run into any problems with the Rebel tank? What are you running for a rear tire?

Its real thin... that is the biggest issue. Its all welded together now, need to build the tunnel next.

The rear tire is a Shinko 240. I'm thinking I wanna go black wall (will look better with a silver tank and fender)... I'll make you a deal on this one if you are interested... It has maybe 300 miles on it.

I heard that those rebel tanks are thin, I was thinking about one of those for my build once I swap to a single backbone.

Sounds good to me, my rear is a 130/90 16 Kenda Challenger. I've never used tube tires before, what size is the Shinko?

According to this site it will fit: http://www.steelthundercc.com/tiresizes.html When do you want to do the deal?

Man, I actually really like that with the dual lights. Gives it a totally different look.

I can see at night! That's the best part... :D

That other headlight sucked real bad. I might have ruined it though, so I can't blame the light itself... long story.
