Yes I make them. I work at a sign shop and run a CNC router table, and C02 Laser cutter and engraver.

Welcome.... it's a totally different world over here. That hardtail section has some cool lines to it...

Thanks I try and keep it different. Every 5mins on chopper underground there is a post called " My XS build" and they all have the same lines. SO I sought out to build my own.

I was thinkin' tha' same as "Hooligans"... Tha' hardtail section DOES have some cool lines to it. Nice li'l bobber and I have to agree that it seems like, in most places I haunt, there's a new "XS 650" build about every five minutes. This is good and bad. Tha' good is that ya' just can't beat the 650 for "old world" looks and modern dependability. Tha' bad is that unless yer willin' to think outta' tha' box, your XS can end up lookin' like everybody else's XS out in tha' world. Good job with her and take care out there. Respects

The clear cover is sick! What colors can you make? I'm building a 77 XS650 right now and I'm planning on root beer and gold paint. When I'm ready for a new cover I'll def hit you up.

...and your bike is fuckin rad.

why are people saying nice 'hardtail' when it looks like there is suspension...?

eitherway, I really like the look of the backend on your bike and that you managed to keep the suspension. I just bought a 1981 XS650 special and I am gonna copy exactly what you did on the backend. thanks ;)

can you tell me a little more? did you just chop the end off the stock frame and add that bend for the seat? or is this a custom frame?

I like it.
Got any close up shots of how you have the bars mounted?

Dude! Fukin bad ass ride! Love the paint, and the lines. That's one of the better swing arm bikes I've seen in a while.

Sorry I havnt been paying attention.

I made the bars so they would mount under the tree, and just flipped the mounts.

Thanks that frame is now nothing but a frame. I built a new frame and swapped everything over to it.
